Before you go :

• Who you are (& nationalities)
• Where you are going
• How long you are travelling for
• What vehicle you are taking

Daily :

(Please note you do not have to submit information on a daily basis, just record it for future submission when you have finished)

• Mileage (miles or km)
• Where you stayed at night & cost
• Where you fuelled up [including price of fuel] or if cycling whether up, down or flat.
• Any good mechanics found / spares located
• Border crossings information

Weekly :

• Once a week one interesting story or destination review. As short or as long as you wish it to be.

When you end :

• Any further information you think might be useful for someone planning a similar trip
• At least 1 photo of you and your vehicle together.
• 1 photo of your vehicle by itself.
• Any interesting photos of your trip.
• Review of your vehicle and its suitability for the trip undertaken.

Further information :

• Information can either be submitted at the end of your journey or while you are away using cybercafes.
• If you have done a trip within the last 2 years and can supply from your notes the above information then we would like to hear from you.
